ACCESS-NRI Terms of Use
UKMO-EXTERNAL
Terms of use agreement for individuals from organisations with UK Met Office (UKMO) license agreements not covered by ACCESS-NRI, to access UKMO proprietary software components provided by ACCESS-NRI, on NCI systems.
You must be affiliated with one of the following organisations that have signed agreements with the UKMO:
- Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO)
- Bureau of Meteorology (BOM)
Please note, in order to sign an ACCESS-NRI Terms of Use Agreement, your identity and affiliation must be verified using GitHub authentication. For this verification process, ACCESS-NRI will access your GitHub user information including your email addresses. Please see our privacy policy for more information on how we handle your data.
You must have an active MOSRS account to verify you have access to UKMO software at code.metoffice.gov.uk/trac/home. If you do not have a MOSRS account, or it has been deactivated, you will need to follow your local organisation's procedures to create or re-activate an account.
You must have an ACCESS-Hive Forum account. You will be added to a forum group for communication and membership visibility. If any issues arise after signing the agreement, ACCESS-NRI may message you directly via the forum. If you do not have an ACCESS-Hive Forum account, you can sign up for one here.
Please ensure GitHub authentication is added to your ACCESS-Hive Forum account and that you have added, and verified, your organisation email address in your GitHub account. Please refer to this guide to add or update GitHub authentication.
